The series caters to a diverse range of practitioners, from yoga beginners to more advanced students. Each class has a specific focus, and Ida offers modifications to adjust the difficulty, though beginner-level classes are not provided. The emphasis is on students who desire a more creative practice and have a foundational understanding of yoga. All classes are designed to be "all levels," ensuring they are valuable for practitioners of any fitness and skill level. Meditation and breathwork sessions are also suitable for all levels, featuring easy, guided meditations that can be done anywhere, even by those who are brand new to the practice.
