Meet your Instructor
Ida May is a top-tier holistic personal trainer and movement coach. Earning recognition as one of London's top 5 female fitness instructors. Featured in Adidas' 'Meet The Creators' documentary, highlighting her as one of London's female creatives.
Ida’s sessions are influenced by her vast expertise across contrasting disciplines within the wellness industry. From HIIT to yoga, boxing to pilates, barre to weights and indoor cycling - yoga being closest to her heart.
Ida has worked with notable figures such as David Beckham, Laura Mvula, and Natasha Liu Bordisso. Her work extends to influential brands (and their ambassadors) including Nike, Peloton, Adidas, Coco de Mer, and Dove. She contributed her skills to a captivating campaign with Jurgen Klopp and his football team LFC.
Ida’s diverse background and passion for exploring movement through body, mind and the world has encouraged and inspired her to create new concepts, retreats, consult top end studios and mentor the trainers of tomorrow.

The classes caters to a diverse range of practitioners, from beginners to more advanced students. Each class has a specific focus, and I offer modifications to adjust the difficulty. All classes are designed to be "all levels," ensuring they are valuable for practitioners of any fitness and skill level. Meditation and breathwork sessions are also suitable for all levels, featuring easy, guided meditations that can be done anywhere, even by those who are brand new to the practice.

I am currently taking a break on creating new classes due to an injury.
However I am committed to expanding my class offerings and developing new series and courses in the future. The exact number of new classes will depend on factors such as their complexity and duration. My priority is to create high-quality, engaging content for my clients, and some classes will require more extensive planning and preparation than others. If there is demand, I will work to bring you new classes. Please let me know what you would like to see.
